Proactive Advice for Upgrades, Respect Confidentiality of Information and Data

Seymour and Company’s prompt response when service is required is greatly appreciated. They provide advice proactively about appropriate upgrades and recommendations for changes to our systems, rather than just “fixing” the immediate concern. They are knowledgeable and aware of the equipment and software of our business and our offices, and most importantly respect confidentiality of information and data in the office and on computers. Attend to remedying issues and problems personally and in a timely manner either remotely, or in-person when necessary, rather than trying to instruct the user to fix the problem themselves. We have used Seymour and Co exclusively for all IT services in our firm. During that time our computer equipment and IT technology used has grown greatly and Seymour and Co have always been up to date with the status.  I would definitely recommend them.
